The terrace is a light-filled, warm and inviting space, with full access to the hotels main bar and outside areas.  You can choose from a cocktail-style food and drinks menu or hold a sit-down dinner for up to 40 people.

With historical images adorning the walls, an expert team of food and beverage staff at your disposal and a wide variety of food options to choose from, you’d be remiss not to consider the terrace for your next function.

Vinyl Room

Every Reason.  Every Season.

Whether the crisp chill of winter is in the air or the balmy warmth of a summer night beckons, the Vinyl Room at the College Lawn Hotel is the perfect space to host your next birthday party, engagement get-together or event for between 50 and 150 people.

Completely separate to the rest of the hotel without feeling isolated, the Vinyl Room boasts its own private courtyard complete with radiant heating, tables and chairs for up to 20, leafy greenery and fairy lights adorning the walls. 

The room itself is warm and inviting, with bench seating, a pool table and arcade game (optional), a fully stocked bar complete with your own expert bar staff and AV facilities including DVD player, iPod output, wireless microphone and 3 plasma screens.

There are a variety of menu options to choose from (including vegetarian and gluten-free options), and you are more than welcome to decorate the room to personalise your function.

Beer Garden

Melbournes Best ‘Backyard’

Fancy something a little different for your next function?  Want to leave a lasting impression with the minimum of fuss?  Why not take advantage of Melbournes warmer weather and hold your function in the College Lawn Beer Garden?

With a brand new, fully-stocked bar with over 10 beers on tap, your own personal waiter and a backdrop of luscious greenery, the Beer Garden is perfect for those informal get-togethers.

The kids can play on the ample grass section while you relax with a glass of vino or an ice-cold beer and nibble on a selection of offerings from the College Lawn menu and when night kicks in, you can gaze at the stars.

There are a variety of food options on offer, including BBQ packages and a large undercover section in case of inclement weather.
